What are the benefits of yoga?
Practicing yoga has loads of positive health benefits! To name just a few, it creates flexibility, strength, improves breathing and circulatory health. It also has benefits for your mental health making you happier and more emotionally balanced. It is great for posture and helps with pain management. It helps you relax and handle stress better.
Do I bring a yoga mat?
In order to keep everyone safe in these challenging times, we ask that you bring your own mat and props to class.
How do I join a class?
Navigate to the “schedule” section of our website and select a class that interests you. Click “Book Now”. You will automatically be taken to the unique B Well Holistic Studio page on the Momoyoga website where you can register for an account, book your class and pay for a class pass. Note: you must create an account in order to book a class or purchase a class pass.
How do I buy a class pass?
Navigate to the “Pricing” section of our website and select a class pass. Click “Order Now”. You will automatically be taken to the unique B Well Holistic Studio page on the Momoyoga website where you can register for an account and pay for a class pass. Note: you must create an account in order purchase a class pass or book a class.
Can I claim yoga through my insurance?
Most health insurers do not cover yoga, so you will end up having to pay out of pocket. Some companies offer wellness spending accounts and so please reach out to us should you require a receipt for classes purchased.
What class should I take if I have never taken yoga?
Watch our events page for our Introduction to Yoga Workshop that we offer throughout the year. In addition, all of our yoga classes will offer benefits to beginners. If you are a beginner, the instructors will be happy to follow you closely and offer modifications as needed.
Can children come to class?
All participants must be over 16 unless the class is designated as family or for teens and children. For those under 16 who would like to accompany a parent to class, please email us at to get approval. You can also check out our events section for teen/tween yoga workshops offered at various time throughout the year.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Parking is free and abundant!
Should I eat before class?
Try not to eat less than an hour before class.
Can I transfer or split my classes with my friends/spouse?
Class passes can only be used by the purchasing member. No sharing of passes allowed.
How long do I have to use my class passes?
All class passes automatically expire 12 months after purchase date.
Can I purchase my child’ s classes under my account?
Yes, as a parent, you may purchase kids class passes under your account. This applies to the kids (age 5-9) yoga classes only.
If I sustain an injury outside of class and cannot return, can I get a refund?
If you are unable to continue with your yoga classes due to an injury or medical reasons, please email us directly.
What happens if I get sick and cannot attend my class?
If you are already signed up for a class and can no longer attend, please cancel immediately via the website or via our unique studio page on the Momoyoga app. No voicemail or email cancellations please. If you do not cancel your spot and are a no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of class), a class pass will be deducted from your yogi account.
I have injuries and still want to participate in classes. What should I do?
If you have any particular health concerns, please contact us prior to the start of your program so that you can discuss these issues with your instructor.

What is MOMOYOGA©?
MOMOYOGA© is an secure online booking, reservation and payment system for yoga studios. B Well Holistic Studio has its own unique page were you, as a “yogi”, can register for an account, book your classes, use the waitlist feature and securely pay for class passes. You need to create a MOMOYOGA account in order to access these features.
Where do I find the MOMOYOGA© app?
The MOMOYOGA© app for yogis is freely available for download in the App Store and Google Play. Yogis can use the app to view the online timetable and book and cancel classes. Products can currently only be purchased through the website.
What is STRIPE©?
On our previous website we used PayPal© as our payment processor. We have replaced that with STRIPE©. Stripe Payments is a payment processing platform which enables the secure use of credit cards online. .
