Our policies are intended to help make your B Well Holistic Studio experience great, and ensure the maximum number of yogis get to attend our most popular classes.

We encourage you to sign up for classes at our website online at our website or with via our unique studio page on the Momoyoga app so you can be assured of a spot in class. New classes are added regularly.

Remember with this new system, you can continue to sign up for classes throughout the entire month. You can sign up for a class the day before if there is a spot available (there is a limit of 12 spots per class).

MEMBERSHIPS – TRIAL – 30 Days

Once signed up to the B Well Holistic Studio Trial Membership:

  • You will be charged a one-time fixed rate.
  • Allows you to book an unlimited amount of classes within the 30-day trial period.
  • No commitment beyond the 30 days.
  • Trial memberships may only be purchased one time.

MEMBERSHIPS – UNLIMITED – REOCURRING

Once signed up to the B Well Holistic Studio Unlimited (Reoccurring) Membership:

  • Your method of payment will be auto-billed monthly on your start date.
  • It will continue to be billed monthly until you provide us with 30 days notice to terminate the contract.
  • There is a 4-month minimum commitment to reoccurring memberships.

CANCELLATION OF REOCURRING MEMBERSHIP

  • Contact the studio directly by email with the subject line “cancel reoccurring membership”.
  • Alternatively you can access your yogi profile on Momoyoga and select “cancel membership” and Momoyoga will send the studio a message that you wish to cancel your reoccurring membership. We will activate the appropriate cancelation terms for your membership length.

MEMBERSHIP – ANNUAL – 12 MONTHS

Once signed up to the B Well Holistic Studio annual membership:

  • You will be charged a one time fixed rate.
  • Allows you to book and unlimited amount of classes within 12 months.
  • The membership is not auto-renewed.
  • Yogi will receive a reminder that their annual membership is expiring 7 days before the end of the contract.

PUTTING MEMBERSHIPS ON HOLD

  • Your reoccurring unlimited memberships may be put on hold for up to 2 weeks once every 4 months.
  • Trial memberships- 30 days do not have the option to be put on hold.
  • Our annual 12 month membership can be put on hold for up to 60 days or 2x 30 days during the 12 month membership commitment.
  • Contact the studio directly by email with the subject line “HOLD reoccurring/trial membership”.

DISCOUNTS

  • Students (age 14-17) and Seniors (65+) receive 15% off class passes and memberships upon request.
  • Military members receive a 15% discount off class passes and memberships upon request.
  • Discounted class passes must be purchased in person and with valid ID.
  • Discounts may only be applied to class passes and memberships not events or workshops.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

PRICING

  • Pricing does not include HST, unless otherwise specified.
  • Pricing on MOMOYOGA includes HST. The class pass price plus the separate HST price will be displayed on the invoice screen.

REFUNDS

  • Class passes and memberships are non-refundable.
  • Class passes and memberships are non-transferable.
  • Class passes cannot be cashed out to an account.
  • Unused classes do not accrue.
  • If necessary, events may be refunded up to 48hrs in advance. Method of refund will be by e-transfer only. Alternatively, you may arrange for an alternate person to take your place. Please email us with the alternate person’s name and email address so that we can reassign the event pass to the alternate yogi.
  • An event cannot be refunded after it has started.
  • Retail products are a final sale.

MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS

  • Medical exceptions can be made on a one-to-one basis.
  • If you are unable to use your purchase due to medical or other reasons please email us.

MINIMUM AGE OF PARTICIPATION

  • All participants must be over 16 unless the class is designated as family or for teens and children.
  • For those under 16 who would like to accompany a parent to class, please email us to get approval.

WAIT LIST

  • If you try to sign up for a class and it is already full, add your name to the waitlist and you’ll be notified if a spot becomes available.
  • Waitlist spots are treated like regular booking – cancel your waitlist spot if you can no longer attend.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you are already signed up for a class and can no longer attend, please cancel immediately via the website or via our unique studio page on the Momoyoga app.
  • No voicemail or email cancellations please.
  • If you do not cancel your spot and are a no-show or late cancellation (within 8 hours of class), a class pass will be deducted from your yogi account.

CLASS PASS EXPIRY

  • Class passes automatically expire in 12 months from date of purchase. No carry over allowed.

SHARING OF CLASS PASSES

  • Only the class pass holder may use class passes. ”Sharing” of class passes is prohibited.
  • Exception: Children under 14 may use a parent class pass for supervised children’s yoga classes only.

WAIVERS FOR CHILDREN & ADULTS

  • For children 14 years and younger, a parent must fill out a waiver on their behalf prior to the start of class or event.
  • All new students must fill out a waiver prior to the start of class.
  • The waiver is found on our Momoyoga site.
