“The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every thought, word, and behaviour affects our greater health and wellbeing. And we, in turn, are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.” – Greg Anderson
Hi, I’m Chantale Pryor, founder of B Well Holistic Studio. I’m a business owner and physiotherapist, with a strong passion for women’s health. Like so many of my clients, I juggle family life while running my business — I’m a mom to 3 boys! As a physiotherapist, my work involves treating individuals who are experiencing dysfunction in their system. Throughout my career, I was always going back to the same question: how could this injury be prevented from happening in the first place? When clients started to see me more for preventative measures, it set me on my path. I was so excited to see that people were putting themselves at the centre of their health and wellbeing, instead of simply relying on me to fix them. It flipped a switch in my mind that this was the way forward … an integrated system of care that helps prevent illness and injury and encourages healing when problems do develop. Preventative medicine is now at the core of my philosophy. My goal is to support more people to take control of their wellbeing. This is how the B Well Holistic Studio was born. My goal is simple — to create a supportive space where everyone feels empowered to take charge of their health and wellbeing, and be guided physically and spiritually to become a better version of themselves. From the moment you step through our doors, you can expect a caring, professional and welcoming environment, with services tailored to your specific wellness needs. From yoga and fitness classes to educational workshops and rehabilitation services, we’re here to deliver a much-needed range of services to support prevention through to recovery. The big difference at B Well is that you’re in charge of your journey. You can create your own wellness experience — whether that’s healing or fitness. We’re always on hand to encourage you, motivate you, and guide you on your personal path to wellness.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. My practice is always evolving. It has helped me grow stronger, live more mindfully and has empowered me to be fearless both on and off the mat. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2019 and immediately after graduating enrolled myself in a 300 hour training program as I am passionate about growing my yoga knowledge. I will forever be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul! My goal is to provide a thoughtful, safe, and playful class so that when you step off the mat you leave feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

Rachel has always been drawn to teaching and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Rachel has been practicing yoga for over a decade, but chose to deepen her practice in 2018 by completing her RYT200. Her classes are "flowy", creative and purposeful. She combines movements to develop strength but also increase mobility, flexibility and balance. Choosing the right playlist is near and dear to her heart.
Taylor is passionate about helping others feel at home in their bodies through yoga, self-acceptance, and movement. Her personal yoga practice began strictly as a way to workout to a practice that taught her how to slow down, connect to her body and mind, and as a time for reflection and appreciation. Classes with Taylor guide students to notice the subtle changes in their bodies, thoughts, and emotions as they move through slow vinyasa sequences created to help them accept wherever they are at today. Taylor has completed her 200-hour CYT training and is currently studying for her 300-hour training. Outside of class, you’ll find Taylor travelling, hiking, reading with a matcha latte close by, and trying new wines.
