The class will start with a short exercise to help you discover your sankalpa. A gentle yin practice will follow. Your instructor will then guide you through a 30 minute meditation.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training! Beginning with dynamic stretches, transitioning into a series of strength, cardio and core intervals, then finishing with a mindful yoga cool down and stretch. This class is a total body workout guaranteed to leave you invigorated. This class is open to all levels as modifications will be given, but expect strength, weights, cardio, core and lots of surprises! Bring your yoga mat and either bare feet of clean, indoor running shoes.
A mastered blend of challenge and peace. The first part of this class is an all levels challenging flow. The second half of this class is a yin practice. Static postures held for extended time to elicit decompression of connective tissues. This class is beneficial to all levels.
A core strengthening class for the whole body based on Pilates, to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates-type movements focus on your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, bum, and so on, so it helps you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with active or aerobic forms of exercise. Emphasizes correct form. Class ends with a relaxation.

This class will get the body moving, release tension and re-connect mind to body to breath. It is suitable for the beginner student as well as the experienced yogi.
This beginner class focuses on alignment, slow structured movement and breath awareness. Students should expect a similar sequence from class to class that helps to strengthen the spine and core, detoxify the body and heal injuries. This is a beginner class that is also open to all levels.
Yoga classes for kid’s ages 10-14 yrs. will entail an introduction to chanting, hand mudras (symbolic hand gesture that have the power of producing joy and happiness), yoga poses and their Sanskrit names, age-appropriate games, breathing techniques and meditation.
Kid’s yoga classes are intended to be fun for all ages and include poses to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance as well as encouraging confidence, courage and patience.
Yoga classes for kid’s ages 5-9 yrs. Will entail making animal sounds, learning creative names for poses, age-appropriate games, and discovering the magic of their breath along with a short meditation.
