If you want to learn how to relax and centre yourself; all our classes start with a meditation practice and most include breathing techniques for relaxation. If you want the ultimate clear your mind class then your best choice is B Calm.

B Strong, B Yoga HIIT and B Power will strengthen your core!

LEARN

Learn how to do yoga postures in a way that works for your unique body. Our beginner workshop: Introduction to Yoga will teach you. It will be offered three times a year. Watch our facebook page or the workshop section of our website for more information. We occasionally offer teen/tween introductory yoga workshop specifically designed for ages 12 and up.

ENERGIZE

Energize your body through a challenging, strengthening, faster-paced practice…B Yin Yang , B HIIT Yoga, B Flow are the classes for you.

SHIFT MY MOOD 

Shift my mood if you want to shift your mood quickly, feel lighter and change your energy levels, then try B Flow, B Calm or B Gentle.

STRETCH 

Stretch if you want to your body in a slower more focused way, than B Flow and B Yin Yoga are the classes for you!

B GENTLE

B Gentle is a wonderful beginner yoga class that is gentle on your body.

MEDITATE
